1st Human Rights Education Workshop was held at Mava Inn hotel Rawalpindi from 4th to 5th June 2011. Total 25 participants took an active part in it.
Trainers Were: Hammad Malik, Muhammad Adnan, Javeria Qamar
- The purpose of conducting human right
education workshop is to create awareness
among masses
about their individual rights and to develop a sense among them to protect others rights as well.
To actively involve the participation of youth informal way of education was adopted. - The workshop was based on three themes of human rights that are
- Citizenship
- Discrimination and Xenophobia
- Peace and Violence.
