This workshop has been organized for the awareness about General Human Rights. Roles and Responsibilities of People in society that are the real stake holders of any community. It is very important that they must know their own rights also give awareness to others about human rights their ways of determination and implementation on every individual of society, So that they may able to play their effective role for the better social change and deal with human rights challenges in their community.
 Reasons for conducting workshop on Human Rights Education are:
To sensitize the community about their basic rights that they are human beings they have some rights where ever they belongs and without any ethical/racial discrimination.
To explore the community about mechanism of general human rights through cooperative learning. People are first KNOW their RIGHTS.
make clear their understanding about UNIVERSAL DECLARITION of human rights from the 30 articles, So that they can easily categorized their basic rights also they came to know about other human rights.
To give them awareness about Human rights education in formal and In formal or Non-formal terms so that they can able to work in core groups regarding different themes of education and make their task force regarding HRE.

• To make a positive change in their behaviors and give right platform to enhance their personal knowledge and org skills through active participation and general advocacy.
• To enable the participants to improve their facilitation skill on this platform through People, Process and Product approaches. So that they may able to share this knowledge to others in their community.
• To focused the issues regarding human rights violations and give practical suggestion for implements to cure from them

Human Rights issues that we have addressed in our KNOW YOUR RIGHTS workshop are about Social and Child Rights, Gender Discrimination, Citizenship Rights, Media globalization in empowerment of society, Education Policies and their changing with passage of time for the Betterment in Future, Sports Rights including Human Rights Dilemmas. As these are the basic steps and we are dealing these things in our society and People wants to share their views in a discussion and can give their best suggestions for the welfare and empowerment of society. As we have targeted a very diverse group of participants in the workshop, So every participant have individual sharing according to the prospective criteria.
